Participation in the International MCS Network is voluntary and encouraged but limited to representatives of national government organizations. If you are interested in joining please complete a Membership Application and you will be contacted regarding your membership eligibility.

Member responsibilities
The Point of Contact (POC) is

  • the official spokesperson for his or her country at Network business meetings
  • the primary point of contact for other International MCS Network members
  • the conduit through which information may be disseminated to other appropriate MCS authorities in the home country
